For people starting a tracking company
Start a GPS tracking business with your name on it.
You find the clients and look after them. We run the tracking platform behind you, and your clients see your name on it, from the login page to the phone app.

Guides for new tracking companies.
Start with the checklist, or go straight to the stage you're at.

What your clients will pay you for.
Fleet owners don't buy GPS for its own sake. They want to know where the van is, which driver left the site early and why the fuel bill keeps going up. With the platform you can answer all three, and you decide which services to sell.
Live position and trip history
This is the basic monthly service. Clients see their vehicles on a map and can replay any day's trips, with stops and speeds.
Dashcam video
Road and cabin cameras record clips, and clients can see where on the route each one was filmed. Video makes a good higher tier for fleets that carry passengers or valuable loads.
Fuel and temperature
Fuel probes measure tank levels in litres, and temperature sensors log readings in refrigerated vehicles.
Driver behaviour
Each driver gets a score out of 100. A driver ID check can also stop the vehicle from starting for anyone who isn't on the approved list.
Alerts and reports
Speeding, zone, ignition and fuel alerts reach clients on email, Telegram or WhatsApp. Clients can also choose from 29 report types and have any of them emailed on a schedule.
Jobs and delivery proof
Clients who run delivery routes can put jobs on the map, send each driver a link and get proof that the delivery was made.
What your clients see.
From the first login, your clients deal with your company. They type in a web address you own, see your logo and colours in the portal and get emails from your domain. Our name never comes up.
- A login address on your own domain, such as track.yourbrand.com
- Your logo on the web portal and in the client app
- System emails and invoices sent from your domain

What you keep
The clients, the prices and the income are all yours. You decide what clients pay and bill them from the platform. We charge a fixed monthly fee for your plan and take no share of what you earn.
What we look after
Running the server is our job, along with its security certificates, backups and software updates. You won't need a developer or a hosting account to keep the service up.
Before you start
Do I need tracking experience to start?
It helps, but it isn't essential. Plenty of tracking companies start with one person who can sell and an installer they trust. We run the software side, so what you'll mostly learn is hardware, fitting and how fleet owners make buying decisions.
Will my clients see the whitelabelgps name?
No. Your clients see your name and logo when they log in, in the web portal and phone app, and in the emails they get. The web address is yours too.
How much money do I need to get going?
Starter costs $50 a month and covers your first 50 devices. The branded client app is optional and costs a one-off $50. Your other costs depend on your market. You'll need trackers for your first clients, data SIM cards and someone to fit them. Buy a few units to start with and order more as you sell.
How fast can I start selling?
Your server should be up and running within a day. The next few weeks tend to go on choosing hardware, testing it on your own vehicle and lining up your first paying fleets.
